• There's a delightful place on our farm that I call "The Enchanted Forest" It's a private place where you can enjoy the beauty of nature. In the Sprintime there's an abundance of wild flowers and birds. Don't be surprised to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, wild turkeys, and other wildlife, when you visit this special wooded area.

The area to the right is the place where you'll  be. I like to call it "The Enchanted Forest".

I know of no other place that offers the service of a "Private Picnic in the Woods" This can be the special place where you propose to your fiance, or it can be the private place where you compose your thoughts for a book.

You might be a nature photographer, looking for a new location for your photo shoot. Maybe you just need a private place to mend your marriage. Whatever the reason, a picnic in the "Enchanted Forest" could be just the place you are looking for.

You will be driven to the edge of the woods by a 4-wheel drive Jeep. The picnic area will be arranged before your arrival.  You will have a variety of foods ready for you in an antique picnic basket, along with a vintage tablecloth spread among the wildflowers. You will make the decision to stay an hour, two hours, or up to 3hours in the woods. You will then be picked up at a desiginated time, and taken back to your car at the log cabin.

You will be paying not for just the food, but for the atmosphere. The cost is only $25.00 per couple, when paying 55.00 per night for an overnight
